Professional seeks new home to rent on (or near) Dartmoor, Devon

What I want:

Location: on or near to Dartmoor. Would prefer remote location. Away from main roads. Don't want to be in a town - perhaps a dispersed village is OK. Will consider semi-detached too.
Type: Old and rustic moorland cottage/house. Barn conversion would be ideal too - space and light. Wooden, cork-tiles and slate floors would be nice - prefer no carpet. Open wood fire. Good views. Light and airy.
Must have broadband access - check [BT Broadband] and [ADSL Availability]. Seems like many areas are being turned on 13th July.
Price range: 800 GBP maximum - would prefer around 500 GBP mark
Bedrooms: only need 1 - and perhaps one for guests
Unfurnished preferred: a little basic furniture is OK
Required from end of April 2006
Required for 6 months and then ongoing
