Though that sounds restrictive I'm basically good with foods that are fresh, freshly cooked and not too complicated. Salads (no vinaigrette), vegetables (no stock cubes), grains, beans and pulses are all fine. I also do fish (not for an evening meal but lunch is fine) and (preferably organic) chicken/duck. |

In short, I don't eat sandwiches or pizza or red meat or cheese. I'm not vegetarian or vegan. I'm not violently allergic to any foods - just sensitive/intolerant enough to make me uncomfortable and distracted and unable to sleep well.

IMPORTANT: I avoid all foods that are moldy, fungusy, have mold or promote mold. I have a strong intolerance to milk/cheese, alcohol/fermented foods, vinegar/soy sauce, sugars/fruit/honey and yeast/bread/mushrooms/mold/fungus. I have a mild intolerance to tofu, butter, wheat/pasta and nuts. I avoid preserved foods as they generally contain sugars/vinegar/mold.
