Though that sounds restrictive I'm basically good with foods that are fresh, freshly cooked and not too complicated. Salads (no vinaigrette), vegetables (no stock cubes), grains, beans and pulses are all fine. I also do fish (not for an evening meal but lunch is fine) and (preferably organic) chicken/duck.
